Minimum Order Requirement
Our minimum order value requirement is £15 excluding postage.
Carriage Charge
Our checkout calculates your carriage charge and shows you the total amount payable for your order. When you click on the 'send order' button at the checkout you are agreeing to pay the carriage charge stated.

Additions to Orders
We regret that we do not accept additions to orders once the packing of goods has commenced. Please make sure that you include all the items you require when placing your order.
Cancellation
An order may be cancelled up to the time at which it enters our warehouse for packing.
Delivery
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, therefore please contact us if you have not received your goods within seven days of ordering.
Damages / Shortfalls / Losses
Please check your goods as soon as they arrive. Any notification of damage or shortfall MUST be made by email within three working days of receipt of goods. Please note that we are unable to accept any unauthorised return of goods.
We dispatch all orders promptly. Therefore we request that you notify us if you have not received your goods within 7 days of ordering. In any event, notification of lost goods MUST be made within 14 days of ordering. We will not accept claims for lost goods after this time.
Returns
Unwanted goods may be returned only with our prior written permission and within seven days of delivery. The goods must be unopened and in perfect condition. We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee of 15% of the sale price of the goods. Return of goods must be made according to our instruction. We will advise you on the postage method by which to return the goods.
Refunds
Where goods are deemed to be faulty, we will give a refund for the value of the goods plus the original carriage cost (if applicable), plus the cost incurred in returning the goods to us. Goods must be returned according to our instruction.
For goods in perfect condition returned as unwanted and on which we have paid the original postage charge either in full or in part, we reserve the right to deduct this cost from any refund.
Incorrect Customer Information
Please check your personal details when sending an order through our shopping cart. After you have placed an order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email. Please make sure that all the information shown is correct and contact us immediately if any details need amending. This will help us to process your order as quickly as possible and to ensure trouble-free delivery of your goods.
Please note that when the submission of incomplete or incorrrect address details results in non-delivery and the subsequent return of a parcel to us, we reserve the right to either charge for re-delivery, or charge a 15% re-stocking fee where re-delivery is refused.
